One & Only Kéa Island is a new luxury resort located in the Cyclades Islands, set to open in 2024. Situated on the west side of Kea Island, it covers 60 hectares of serene seaside location, just a 30-minute boat ride from Athens.

The resort will feature 75 vacation villas and One&Only private residences, offering bespoke options ranging from two to six or more bedrooms with living areas between 712sqm and 1,986sqm and lot sizes between 3,165sqm and 7,530sqm. The villas can be customized with developer approval and are sold as freehold properties without use restrictions.

Owners can choose to include their property in the rental pool to receive a portion of rental income. Each villa is uniquely designed to provide stunning bay views and comes equipped with modern amenities. The villas blend contemporary design with traditional Cycladic architecture, incorporating local stone, stuccoed walls, Greek marble, and floor-to-ceiling glass to maximize views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The architectural design is by the renowned London-based architect John Heah from Heah & Co, known for his work on prestigious projects around the world.

Private homeowners can (but are not required to) include their villas in the resort's rental pool.
Getting there
One&Only Kéa Island is just a short distance from Athens. Kéa is the closest Cycladic island to Athens, so getting to One&Only Kéa Island from most European cities is relatively easy. There are regular flights to Athens, from where you can choose between resort helicopter service from Athens Airport (10 minutes), resort boat service from Lavrio Port (30 minutes) or Lavrio Port (1 hour with the regular boat).
